This research aims to increase the self-awareness of elementary school students regarding the impact of bullying on mental health through a structured psychoeducation program. The activity was carried out at SDN 04 Tanjung Lago, Telang Sari Village, Tanjung Lago District, Banyuasin Regency, South Sumatra for five weeks by involving grade II students as target subjects. The method used is Problem Based Learning which exposes students to real situations related to bullying through educational video shows, group discussions, and case studies. The implementation stages include initial observation, introduction to the concept of bullying, understanding the impact on mental health, strengthening self-awareness and empathy, implementing anti-bullying strategies, and reflection and evaluation. The results of the activity showed a significant increase in students' understanding of the definition, forms, and impact of bullying. Students are able to distinguish bullying behavior from ordinary jokes, show increased empathy, and be bolder to express opinions in group discussions. The obstacles faced include differences in students' understanding levels and concentration that are easily distracted, but can be overcome through the use of simple language, concrete examples, and ice breaking. This program proves that interactive psychoeducation is effective in forming mutual respect and creating a safe school environment from an early age.
